IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS SHINDIG
In order to access the platform successfully, you should:
1. Log off VPN
2. Use Google Chrome for best performance optimization (do not use Internet Explorer, Safari, Edge, etc.)
3. Close all other apps/websites/programs, especially those which use your camera (i.e. Zoom, YouTube, etc.)
4. Allow the platform to access your camera and microphone when requested (after registration) Note: we did not test tablets or smart phones and therefore recommend you use a Mac or PC.
