Macro's engineering team worked with Thor Alden at Dechert to design and implement an LLM chat integration. In our talk, we discuss how we addressed security and data retention issues, and how we handled hallucinations using Macro's parsing algorithms to pre- and post-process answers using a process known as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
