2:00  Workshop: Designing AI Workflows on a Firmwide Knowledge Foundation

Moderated by Yannic Kilcher and Timothy Sulzer, DeepJudge

Most firms deploy AI at the tool level. This workshop challenges that model providing the opportunity to apply institutional knowledge at scale and surface insights that deepen client relationships. We’ll experience building AI on the firm’s knowledge foundation, where retrieval is enterprise-wide, context is continuous, and results are consistent across drafting, review, and advisory work. Instead of stitching together point solutions, we'll collaboratively design workflows that treat institutional knowledge as infrastructure. (bring your laptop).
